About

I'm Vicente "J.R." Reyna III, a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser (#1361202). I've appraised homes across Dallas-Fort Worth since 2020, for lenders and directly for homeowners, attorneys and estates.

I also hold a Texas real estate license. That means I see how homes are priced, shown and negotiated, not just how they close.
